Our Drywall Repair & Patching Process
We’ll Patch Things Up
Step 1:
The very first thing that you need to do is fill out the intake form on our contact page. This will provide us with the necessary information we need to know about the job.
On this form you will need to provide your contact information, the amount of holes and damaged areas that need to be patched up, photos of the areas that need to be fixed, and if you need the area to be painted after repair.
When providing us with photos, we ask that you include a closeup photo of the damage, as well as a wide shot that includes the entire wall or area. This will allow us to choose the right team to get the job done!
Step 2:
After you fill out the intake form, we will look over the information you provided us with and we will contact you within 24 hours.
We will inspect the photos of the damage, determine which materials will need to be used in the repair, and find the right professionals from our team to complete the job!
We know that you shouldn’t have to pay in order for us to assess the damage on your drywall. This is why we will provide you with a completely free, no-obligation quote. We’ll give you all the information that is necessary for a well-informed decision.
Step 3:
Once you’ve had time to look over your quote and think about your decision, you can let us know if you’d like to proceed with a repair. If you accept the proposal to move forward with the patching, we can set up the date for your drywall repair.
When we book your drywall patching appointment, we will choose a day and time that works best for you. We perform patch jobs Monday to Friday from 8AM to 6PM.
After your repair date is set, there is nothing more you have to do! You can simply sit back and relax until the day of your appointment.
Step 4:
On the day of your appointment we will arrive at the scheduled time. We will arrive with all the supplies and tools to get the job done!
We will begin by covering the area, including furniture and floors, to ensure everything will be protected.
We then cut out the damaged area, apply plaster to the hole, sand the area with a dust free sander, and apply any touch-ups as needed.
We finish the job by painting the patched area with the exact same paint colour as your current walls.
Step 5:
Once the repair is fully complete, we make sure we clean up any mess that has been made. We always leave your area as clean as we found it!
And that’s it! The patching process is complete!
